I am available as a sound engineer, rigger or production manager
for events and conferences. During the past few years I have rigged
and/or engineered at events which have catered from 20 people to
10,000 people. From small indoor gigs to large outdoor concerts.
Rigging experience
I worked for a sound/production company called Ground Zero the summer
after leaving college preparing equipment ready for hire, rigging
the equipment at venues and also engineering. I have experience
rigging and/or engineering on the following consoles: -
Midas Heritage XL3 and XL220
Allen and Heath ML/GL series
I have also helped to rig the following FOH systems: -
d&b C and E series
Meyer MSL3
Nexo PS15/PS10
EAW
Engineering experience
I currently engineer for two bands (Shortfall
and The Hyperfuse)
at varying sizes of venues with audiences of up to 300 people. My
other main source of engineering experience has come from heading
up the sound at my local church which normally has over 500 people
attend its meeting each week. Over the past few years the quality
and size of the sound equipment at my church has gradually been
increased. The main system now consists of d&b E9 series tops
with BX12 bass extenders attached to an Allen & Heath GL2200
mixer. The monitor system has also just been upgraded to d&b
MAX12 speakers using four different mixes from the FOH mixer. I
have also engineered at an Irish festival in London for about 1500
people.
I'm constantly looking for opportunites to further my experience
and also to show my ability behind the console.
